I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and an MA in Social Work. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and fully insured.

What is Person-centred Counselling  

Person-centred counselling is about giving you a space where you can feel accepted and make sense of your unique experiences, moving forward in a way that feels right for you. Through acceptance of all parts of yourself, you can gradually let go of filters and show up in therapy and in life as you really are. Person-centred counselling is about understanding your world, so it naturally honours diversity of experience, culture, and identity. You are never directed to tell the details of your story; instead, you work at your own pace with a central foundation of trust in our relationship.
